We are a family owned and family led company that both owns and directly manages our buildings. We are values driven and proud to be B Corp certified.

Local

We support both local suppliers, contractors, and hardware stores. We love supporting small, family-run businesses like our own. In addition, our commercial spaces are all occupied by small businesses.

Eco-Friendly

We always strive to use 100% eco-friendly products while cleaning and renovating our apartments. We have beautiful gardens at several of our properties and also offer composting.

Quality

We pride ourselves in taking adequate time to complete thorough renovations while using the highest quality products. Our apartments feature stainless steel appliances and real hardwood floors.

My girlfriend and I made our first home together at Finer Court and we had a great experience. We loved the neighborhood and everyone in the building was very nice. We also really enjoyed the communal garden in the back and the landscaped courtyard. Erica and John were great landlords, responsive to all our needs as tenants and very approachable.

Living here has been a wonderful experience, I couldn’t ask for better neighbors. Also, you and your father have been, without hyperbole, probably the best landlords I’ve had. And I’ll definitely miss the pool. Certainly hope to be invited back for any future shindigs!

I lived at Finer Court for four years and would not have left had I not moved out of state. The central courtyard is so beautiful, and my neighbors were friendly. My studio was cozy and lovely. I will miss this place!
